In 1982 the city passed an ordinance [Sec 34-21][11]
(a) In order to provide for the emergency management of the city, and further in order to provide for and protect the safety, security and general welfare of the city and its inhabitants, every head of household residing in the city limits is required to maintain a firearm, together with ammunition therefore.
(b) Exempt from the effect of this section are those heads of households who suffer a physical or mental disability which would prohibit them from using such a firearm. Further exempt from the effect of this section are those heads of households who are paupers or who conscientiously oppose maintaining firearms as a result of beliefs or religious doctrine, or persons convicted of a felony.

Well I went to college got 2 bachelors degrees and one master's degree. I worked as a paralegal the whole time I was in college so it was hard at times but it made a real man out of me and that is why I was so determined. But guess what everyone I am 100% gay. I am waiting on the plans for my new home because I want a huge kitchen where I can teach culinary arts in my own home. That is where I always wanted to live so I am getting ready to make the jump. I will be back and for to the USA because of family and friends here. I am also going to keep my rental property here and have the money go into a trust so I know I will have a nest egg to fall back on. It make take some time to get started there. But I want everyone to remember this, It is not where you came from it is where you are going that counts.
