Life
Married once - June 1985 to 2000, three girls, now 18, 14, and 7.
Married twice - Michelle, still am, one son Conor, born 10/17/03
Wandered, worked, read, played. I ski a bit, practice tai chi a bit, play softball a bit (both men's and coed with/Michelle), embarass my kids a bit, camp and backpack a bit. Lotsa bits.
When to Humboldt a year or so after 5 quarters at UCSD. Thought I might do "Forestry". Never did. Accepted in "Pre-Botony". Eh, what? Routed myself thr...Expand for more
ough botony, biology, bio-physics and physics before arising one morning and discovering I had enough credits in Mathematics to graduate.
So I did. Imagine that. I also had a fair bit of computer class work too. Easier finding a nice job in computer work in 1982.
Somehow I never left those infernal machines behind. Still work with computers. From a Mom & Pop store in downtown Eureka to CIO for a start-up biopharma company in Boulder, Colorado.
Go figure. More lotsa bits.
