Patsy's Story
Life
My life....a long story but I'll try to make it short.
Married Raleigh Mashek in 1964. Moved to Seattle where he was employed by Boeing. He was called up for active duty and we began our trek to Ft Benning Ga., from there to Fayetteville, NC. Kristi was born in Missoula then on to Ft. Sill in OK. God what an unforsaken place that was....scorpions! Then on to Ft. Lewis,WA. John was born there. Raleigh and I divorced in 1980. 15 years in the military with a Special Forces "mean as heck" Green Beret. Married Michael Niemeyer in 1983. Joshua born in 1985(a failed vasectomy}and why I wasn't at the 20th reunion.
We're living in Tacoma, Wa. Kristi has given me 3 grand- children. John has given me 2 and Michaels kids have given us 4 = 9 grandchildren. Michael is disabled due to Osteomylitus. I am currently working for Classmates.com. Yes I have to work darn, but it's a great place to work. Only temporary, but I'm hoping they'll decide to keep me. (UPDATE)...They didn't keep me.

nation is alive and well. Still a great place to work though.
I'm really homesick for Montana. Washington is beautiful and it should feel like home, but Missoula is home to me.
Has anyone seen or heard from Erna Stenseth? I've been looking for her for years. I believe her last name is Couture. Her phone number is not listed and I would like to ask if anyone would be willing to look her up for me. Any takers? E-mail me, I'd love to hear from you. (UPDATE)...Erna is is Missoula. I spent a few weeks in August 2005, going over old times. I love that girl! Also spent some time with Gail Curran Olloman....love that girl too. They both hold a special place in my heart. I'd love to hear from anyone out there.
(UPDAYE) My son John died on Nov 14, 2007 at the age of 38. He has two children, Sam who is 10 and Liz who is 17. We miss him terribly and my heart is broken in a way that I can't see will ever mend. Losing a child is an unbelievable loss. I pray and look forward to seeing him again.
