Patsy's Story
I've been living in Colorado, southwest of Denver, since July 2001. My daughter is 14 (adopted at 8) and I inherited 2 kids when I remarried in 1996 (my husband had sole custody). My son was 13 when I moved in (now 28), so I got to experience his fun years... My second daughter (now 31) relocated to Colorado with her husband and 5 kids -- yes, that makes me a grandmother!!
Before moving here, I lived in Annapolis & Davidsonville MD from 1989 - 2001. Before that I was living in Laurel, while working at GSFC.
I'm working as a Technical Project Manager for AT&T, after its acquisition of USi (based in Annapolis). I've worked for 25 yrs in IT at the Pentagon, for NASA, DoD, etc. Both my BA and MS are in Computer Science and I recently achieved my Project Mgmt Professional (PMP) certification.

r horses, which we like to ride in the CO mtns. We also have a German Shepherd, 3 adopted Siamese cats, and an African Grey parrot who sounds like a human.
My daughter and I just received our Taekwondo black belts in May 2010. I love the outdoors, the mountains, and wildlife. I have downhill skied regularly since college, incl. heli-skiing in British Columbia. I started in VT and then starting taking annual trips to western resorts.
We also are scuba divers, with the latest trips to Cozumel where I also caught a 50" dolphin fish (dorado). I have always loved ocean fishing, and also enjoyed fishing on the Chesapeake Bay when I lived in Annapolis. In my early 30s, I crewed on 24' - 31' sailboats, racing out of Annapolis year-round.
