Patsy's Story
Did everything on my LIFE LIST...happy.
Father was a Lifer Marine...lived in several States on both sides of the country...lived in Hawaii for three years, before it was a State.
Met and married Jim in 1970 while attending the University of Missouri (UMSL)...I got a B.S. in Education in 1975...Hubby got a B.S. in Business in 1971 and a M.A. in Psychology in 1979.
Lived in Virginia 1971-1973 as hubby was an Army Officer...had first son...moved back to the St. Louis area...had three more sons...all four birth sons are Eagle Scouts...three joined the Air Force...many, many tours to the war zones...couple have their Master degrees.
We were foster parents for 14 years and had 190 children...adopted four girls ( now FIVE)...one has joined ...Expand for more
the Air Force...our 9 children range from 13 - 40 years old...grandkiddies (11) from 1 months to 17 years.
Hubby retired... Army LT. Colonel (cross over 37 years) and LT from the Police Department ( 34 years).
I got into CITY HALL's face...that was fun...who knew I could take them down...no regrets...City lawyer got 63 years in jail...etc. I send my babies off to fight real wars, the least I could do was fight evil at home.
We own 13 acres on top of a hill in wine country, two houses,show kennel, stables- mini horses, peacocks, RV...no bills, cash is king...written up in a dog book...still have butt length red hair that I wear in long braids.
In 2011, we climbed the Great Wall!! Adopted our ninth child from China....13 year old girl!
