More about Patsy:"Born in Boaz,Al. in 1947 ,Patsy Ann Benefield, one of 10 children. I graduated from Genoa Area High in 1965.I went to Toledo Acadedmy of Beauty Culture and became a Hairstylist. I married Denny Helmeci, of Elmore Ohio in 1966,had two children,Dean Scott and Jodi Lynn,5 grandchildren and now have 2 greatgrandsons. Denny and I divorced in 1977 and he died in 2005 of complications of Alzheimers. I also lost my son Dean S.helmeci Oct.7,2008 . 010. I owned and operated The Golden Touch Beauty Salon for 5 years in Elmore ,then moved to Cleveland .Ohio,for 2yrs, then to Ft.Lauderdale Fl. for 2yrs. ,from there I moved to Marietta,Ga. fo the next 35 yrs. I also opened another Salon with my daughter ,Jodi, named, Shear Innovations. I owned that salon for 15 yrs then moved down the street and worked at Dreams Come True Hair Salon until I retired this year. I moved to Birmingham,Al. to help take care of my sister Criss,who has had a very bad time with her health. When she improves enough to take care of herself, I am planning to move to Cape Girardeau.Mo. where my daughter Jodi lives....... Up date : I moved to Cape Girardeau,Mo. in June 2011. Thank God,Criss is doing well.. Life goes on."..... Update: Now living in Cape Girardeau,Mo., three miles from the Mississippi River. Cape is a quaint little town right on the Missippi.We have a flood wall to keep the river out when it floods and a Casino which opened 2 yrs ago this Nov. That is our claim to fame. You can see our town in the movie "Gone Girl" with Ben Afflack, coming out soon. I heare we are having a 50 yr. class reunion in July 2015, Hope to see you all there!!
