Patti's Story

I have been married for 39 years to Dave Ehret. We have one daughter, Rachel,. She is married to Jason Moran and they have 2 beautiful children, Cameron 12, and Lillian (Lilly) 9. The kids are the new loves in my life! I retired in November 2008 after 35 years of state services. I worked at the Dept. of Justice (where I met Dave!), the State Library and the Caltrans Library. I am sure anyone who remembers me can not believe I worked in a library - shhh! Dave retired in 2006. Our bucket list is to travel across the US and attend a game in all of the Major League Baseball parks....Expand for more
We have been to see the World Champion San Francisco Giants (many times), the Oakland A's, Colorado Rockies, Arizona Diamondbacks and Seattle Mariners.. We also went to Spring training in 2014. We spend most of our time taking care of our grandchildren while Rachel and Jason are working. For 7 years we also cared for Dave's mother, Dorothy, until she passed away in June 2014, after living 100 years, all in Sacramento! We attend Cornerstone Communtiy Church on the corner of Butano and Cottage. Our services are at 10 am. If you are looking for a church to attend give us a try!
