Patti's Story
After graduation from high school in 1975 I entered the NAIT Forestry program. I graduated from NAIT in 1977. I married one of my forestry classmates Butch Shenfield in 1978. We have 4 children…2 girls and 2 boys and 13 grandchildren. In my 30’s I produced a National Best Selling Cookbook. In my 40’s I earned my Journeyman Red Seal certificate in cooking. d with stage IV lymphoma cancer and underwent 6 rounds of chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant. I have been in remission for 4 years. We live on an acreage just outside of Rocky Mountain House, Alberta where I love to garden, make chocolates, have fun with grandchildren and get close to nature. We love to travel and I have travelled to all 7 continents. I would love to hear of any reunions that are in the works.
