Patty's Story
Hi. After Bay High I went to Gulf Coast C.C. and on to FSU where I graduated with a BS in Nursing. (A classmate and friend of mine at FSU was Linda Strickland.) After a year of floor nursing at Bay Med. I headed to Birmingham, Alabama, where I still reside. After working as an operating room nurse for about 9 years I returned to college to obtain my degree in Nurse Anesthesia. ngle for all of my life- enjoying travel, having lots of friends and leading an active life- in 2005 a friend gave me a subscription to EHarmony. Through that service I met a wonderful man whom I married in 2006 on the day before I turned 50. My life now couldn't be any more different. I'm still working fulltime but I'm now a stepmom to 6 wonderful kids ages 10 to 23 and have a 4 yr. old grandson too. It's been a crazy two years made posibble only by my understanding and supportive husband. It probably helps that he is a Psychiatrist. That's my story in a big nutshell so far.
