Patty Weathington:  

After Graduating HBS. After graduation I worked for my Dad, Robert Freeman as a secretary on his construction sites for 2 years. I then attended and graduated from New World College, Cosmetology School. Scott Weathington and I worked together for several years in the beauty industry. He and I traveled extensively starting on Treasure Island Florida for summers, Grapevine, Texas and Pagosa Springs Colorado, for winter. Scott proposed Jan 1990; we married in May 1990 at Hokes Bluff Lions Club, honeymooned in a number of European countries, (Germany, Italy, Austria,England...). Moved to Hokes Bluff built a house on Louise Street, after our Son Charles (CH) was born, we started a new adventure when I was recovered enough to travel. We adventured across most of the US, Canada, Mexico, Central and South America in the Oil and Gas industry. During our travels we kept homes in Leesburg, Alabama on Weiss Lake and Pinedale, Wyoming, near Jackson Hole. We sold our Leesburg home in 1999 and purchased a home in Houston, Texas where Scott worked in corporate oil and gas. We planned and executed our own energy industry brokerage business, while I received my real estate license. In 2002 Scott and I left corporate America to grow our business, we sold our home in Houston and traveled with our business until 2003 when we settled in Fort Worth Texas. We developed an international venture capital corporation and residential & commercial real estate business.
