Paul's Story
Life
Currently, I'm about to move to Pinellas Park in June, 2007. The first decade or so out of LHS was good. The second decade has left me wanting more. I worked in radio for some local stations such as WTAN, WEND (used to be a talk station on 760 AM), and WHNZ (back when they were on 570 AM, now at 1250) and a couple of far-right radio networks. But when the FCC changed the rules about who can own what media, things changed for me.
Since then, I've done a little of everything. I've lived in Largo three times, Marietta, Georgia, Charlotte, North Carolina, even tried my hand at Las Vegas, Nevada on a couple of occasions! Las Vegas isn't a good place to be if you can't resist the various temptations the town offers!
These days, I also run my own blog, called "The World Of Big Pauly." In it, I give my various opinions on the various things going on in my life and in the world. Type that phrase int...Expand for more

School
Largo High was a blast. If someone gave me a time machine and said what part of my life I'd like to relive, I'd say take me back to August of 1985, so I could do those four years over again. Some of you I probably would have gotten to know a bit better.
Wildest day ever at Largo, I think, was the day of the "big walkout" in the May of 1989. I was wondering why that May Friday I was in my second period class with about one-third of the students who'd normally attend, and no teacher!
The best day for me was the night we graduated. June 8th, 1989, was it? I remember there was a big wind at the football stadium that night, I kept losing my graduation cap. And since I was in front of one section of the graduating class, it kept flying backward and nailing other kids in the faces! Glad I didn't cut anyone open with the sharp edge of the cap!
