Paul's Story
Life
Graduated THS and went to the University of New Haven while working as a Police Officer in CT. Left the Police Department to learn to fly as an Air Force pilot and stayed in for 22 years. Got married along the way to my THS sweetheart Mary Ellen Cardell (now Mary Ellen DiJulio) and had three girls, Kristin, Erin and Rachael. Back to school for some additional degrees while in the USAF along with competing and coaching in several sports including speed skating. All my girls have competed, and one has been on the US World Team several times. The competitive side has allowed them to "see the world" with dad and mom and go places we never had the opportunity to travel to at their ages. Retired from the AF, settled close to CT in southern RI, opened up a business and wound up working for the franchisor as well. Currently going back to school (this is the last time) and am opening up another small business. Life has been great. Here's to keeping the glass half-full!

Military
Joined in 1981 after being a cop for 6 years to learn to fly so I could get a job with the airlines. Somewhere along the line, I fell in love with flying and the Air Force so much, I decided to make it a career.
