Paul's Story
Life
Married in July 08 to my soul mate who is from Europe. She is a professional concert pianist and has me back writing music again.I'm a multi-business owner, and couldn't be happier! I lived in California for 9 years (San Jose 4 years and Hollywood 5 years) where I had an incredible life full of adventures and met many famous people and played music with people from around the world. In 1991 I had a bad motorcycle accident and came back and have been stuck in PA ever since. I had to learn to walk again that took 3 years out of my life, and I had plans to return to CA, but ended up having a daughter here that kept me here. She lives with me and is the best thing that has ever happened to me. She made me settle down and changed my life for the better in many ways. She also made me realize how much I love kids!
Many of my hobbies I have recently created into one of my businesses that I put together as a production company which includes live sound reenforcement, open mic shows, live and studio recording, studio photography, and location photography, all kinds of graphic design work, film to DVD transfers, photo restoration/enhancements, fine art photography, and the list goes on.
My bread and butter is my remodeling business which is doing well, I plan to move more into the production company I started. I will be a featured artist in the Smithsonian mus...Expand for more
eum at the AACA Museum in late 07' featuring a series of unique photographs I took of antique cars like you have never seen before. I am looking forward to the event where I will occupy the entire upper rotunda of the museum with my work! It will be displayed there for at least a month, perhaps longer. So I am pretty excited about the stepping stone! A photo I took of the 100 years of Hershey Park celebration in Hershey was featured on the front page of the Hershey Chronicle recently that featured the fireworks display.
College
I have a degree in Computer Aided Darfting and Design, which I recieved in California when I lived there. Was involved in the highly competitive High-Tech field for many years while I lived there. In PA, there isn't much of that to do, so I started my own businesses, and am doing well with it.
Travel
I traveled last year to meet my now wife in Moldova, which is a country between Romania and Ukraine. It was interesting to see life in another country, and learn a different culture. It made me realize just how much we Americans take for granted how good we really do have it here. I took over 800 photos and 12 hours of video while my stay of two weeks. I look forward to more travel in the future to other locations in Europe, and abroad. Some photos of the trip can be found at myspace at pmhavocmaker, along with many other photos I took.
