Paul's Story
Life
My Spouse:
My wife of almost 18 years, Marybeth and I,worked together at Cooky's Steak Pub, in Brooklyn, N.Y.
I was a Kitchen Manager and she was a waitress. She was at the cashiers booth counting her money and I said to her, "Now you have enough money to take me out" And of course she said "No Way"
A week later we went out and we've been together ever since.
My Pet:
Gypsy-Girl
A shitzo, found her about 7 years ago, around thanksgiving. A lap dog. Well behaved.

est, her name is Carly Ann, 16, Smart as a whip, doesn't take after me.
Advance class', plays bass drum in the band, also plays piano.
My middle one is Jordan Lee, she's 12, takes after her sister.
And third, Gabriel Joseph, he's 7, all boy. Bang, Bang.
My Job
I work for a "Full-Life Retirement Home, as a Kitchen Supervisor. My position allows me to do quite a few
things, recieving, supervising, baking ( I've been baking for the last 12 years, food prep, and also cooking.
I love my job!
