Paul's Story
Hello everyone! Alot has happened since graduation. Spent 3 years in the Marine Corps. Played Minor League Baseball for a short time. Received my Chef's Degree along with a degree in Political Science.
The last 18 years I've been involved with Real Estate / Mortgages / Commercial Real Estate. I also have a book out called "The Well-Rounded Realtor" which is published by Random House. See it on buybooksontheweb.com or Barnes & Nobles.com.
I have started a new fastfood chain called "Sloppy JoJo...Expand for more
's". Yes, sloppy joes. Beef, shredded chicken, ground turkey and vegetarian all made fresh everyday! It's going unbelieveable. We now have 5 in the Los Angeles area and have expanded into carts, 5 now. By end 2009, we will have 12 stores and 20 carts and that's just the beginning. We are looking to open 4 in the Phoenix area by mid 2009, with 4 around ASU and ASU West and other schools.
We will be starting a new season of "The Real Estate Chef Show!" in the Summer of 2008 on the Food Network.
