The most difficult construction project I was involved with was estimating and project managing 2 twin $1.5 million school renovations in Chicago. Both had to start and finish at the same time. Completion schedule was 6 weeks. Both finished on time with a profit to my company over $500,000. My experience with marketing, contracts, negotiating, and knowing how to get things done on time and correctly, are to best weapon at your disposal. Use them!
