Leg 2 of the ride is complete. The historic Santa Cruz Boardwalk.
Interesting picture from a motorbike run up Highway 1 and Big Sur. Note the boats against the cliffs even though no other inhabited areas are within 20 miles.
A steady rain + snow melt = a big river in Gasquet.

A look back at Pebble Beach Dr. in Crescent City. Easy to see from there why CC is one of the most tsunami sensitive places on the West Coast. Note the driftwood piled up from the winter storms.
A tale of two bikes. The one without a motor took me from San Diego to Portland (and back) in 1983. The one with the motor will carry me 900 miles to CC next week.
