Attended American River College, and Graduated from Sacramento City College AA in Business and Bethany Bible College BA in Ministry. Founded Friends Bible Ministry, Felton California, later started specialty food company called Pavlos Cookies, created Pavlos Cookies, traveled to Greece, Italy, Turkey, Canada and Mexico plus traveled nearly all 48 states in the Union. oday he enjoys his job working as the coordinator for international student exchange program working with international high school students from around the world. As coordinator, Paul Zarkas coordinates student placement into private college preparatory high schools and recruits American families to host the students in their home during the school year, primarily throughout northern California. He recently finished a manuscript titled When Heaven Calls and will have it published in 2015. Hopefully with help from friends in the film industry it will be turned into a movie. Paul Zarkas works also with the Greeks for Christ International Ministry located in Oakland, California that is part of the Greek Assembly and on Sundays teaches Adult Bible Study. Paul Zarkas is also the visionary and president for a new start up company called Pavlos - A Coffeehouse Bakery Cafe that is currently under development and hopefully will open on the waterfront in Oakland, California in the fall of 2015.
