Life
My, my, time goes by so fast. Just yesterday, I was marching with the LC band and today I'm having a hard time climbing the stairs (ha). It is great to reconnect with old school friends, especially on FB.
We are now living in Louisiana, another job relocation for my husband (works as a product developer in the phone industry) and I absolutely HATE IT!!! Too hot and so many southerners who just don't get my northern humor. But at least I'm learning their southern drawl and words. The biggist statement used in about every sentence is "I'm fixn' to," which is about anything from making a meal to going to bed. One can be a fixn' to ...Expand for more

My daughters are now grown women (boo, hoo) and my youngest is a junior at the University of Kansas studying to be a music therapist. She is a violin player and is third chair, second violin with the Kansas University Orchestra. Her talents will teach those who have disabilities to understand music and the rythems (typo?) and methods.
Older one is still trying to find her way, but wer are almost there. She has met a wonderful guy which I would enjoy having as a son-in-law in the future. Remember when we would introduce to our parents our dates? Well it's now roll reversal, ouch.
