Paula's Story
I married Doug Vaughn (from London, New York, Florida and Arizona - his father was a Pan Am 747 captain) after graduating from Abilene Christian University in 1973. He and I have been happily married for 35 years. I taught school for about 10 years, had 2 lovely daughters, was a preschool director for a number of years, then finished my working career as a title clerk for a finance company (just working then to get the kids through college). I have been retired for the last couple of years, and I just love it.

My older daughter, Emily (25), is a teacher in the Keller school district. My younger daughter, Alex (22), just graduated from ACU, and has an assistantship in the PhD program at A&M studying industrial engineering.
We live in North Richland Hills. We love our family, our church and our dogs. We love to travel when we can. The best trip was a cruise to Alaska.
I'm hoping to make it to the 40th Poly reunion next year. I'm ashamed to say, it will be my first one to attend. I can't believe I'm closer to 60 than 50. I guess the age thing is making me nostalgic and eager to connect with old friends.
