Paula's Story
I was married for 16 years to my beloved Andre. He passed away in May of 2010. We have 2 kids, Gabe (15) & Nikki (14). I have a daughter Heather from my first marriage. She is 32 and has given me 3 beautiful grandchildren, 1 girl and 2 boys, 8,6,& 3. Andre had a Heather from his first marriage who I love as my own. She is 32 and has given us 2 beautiful grandchildren, 1 girl, 5, and a baby boy. Both girls have wonderful husbands. We moved to Gresham, OR 3.5 years ago from Carmichael. My parents still live in the same house they did when I was in high school. ce and Referral of Multnomah Co. We are a program of Mt. Hood Community College so Mt. Hood is technically my employer. Which is good as my kids will get to go tuition free for their first two years of college. I make jewelry for fun but am turning it into a part time business. It is a great stress reliever. I have some on display in a craft mall here in town. I love hanging out with my kids. We love playing Wii and Rock Band. I don't get to CA as often as I would like to see my grandkids, so my daughter brings them up here one at a time so I get quality time with each of them. I love living in Oregon and I want to retire (again) to a small town on the coast.
