Paula's Story
I always wanted to be a Dentist when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a wonderful idea. As it turns out, they were half right. I did become a Dental technitian and worked as a tech for 12 years. As I worked in that profession I persued another career as a teacher. I now have been in Education for 25 yrs. with the same District and have loved every minute of that experience. During that time I have been married and married again. Unfortunately I have been widowed for 5 months. A sudden tragedy that I was not ready for but I am coping with it.
As we all are now having aged parents, I have found myself ,along with my other siblings, being greately concerned about the care of our parent. A new chap...Expand for more
ter and an enlightening experience to be in the reverse role. For those of you who have the chance to take care of your parents please enjoy it as a pleasure not as a burden, as this opportunity will never come back again.
I can't say that I have done anything fantastic or note worthy But I have enjoyed life, no childred but enough nephews and niece not to have mised the birthing experience but to have the motherly experience nevertheless. Thank God for the brother and sisters. Yeah!! Anyway my wonderful class matesof 1975, I wonder about you all and hope you are living the life that you want to and enjoying every minute of it to the fullest. Until we meet again.
