Paula's Story
Life
After graduation I married a soldier I was dating and moved to Germany. The marriage didin't work out and I went back to Texas where I worked and partied with Wendy Hobbs for a few years. I finally decided I needed to do somethging with my life and in 1995 I joined the Army. I served four years where I traveled to Germany, then Bosnia and back to the states. I meet my current husband while in Germany and we were married at Fort Campbell, KY in 1998. After getting out of the Army in 1999 my husband and I traveled to Louisiana whrere he is from. t junior semester when we got the big news we were going to be parents. Not only were we to be parents but we were pregnant with triplets. Talk about the Shock of all shocks we handn't taken any fertility treatments. I have put school on hold to be a full-time Mom but hope to go back soon, even if it is just to take a class at a time. We were blessed with Tyler, Dylan, and Kylie on December 21, 2002. They were two months early but are all doing really well. Being a Mom to three infants is not as hard as I thought it would be. I am lucky to have a great husband who gets up in the middle of the night and is very involed with the babies.
