Paula's Story
Well I am a mom that is my most precious gift from God. A son and daughter whom I have raised alone since they were 14 and 11. They are now 30 and 27 and very responsible adults whom can function, have fun, work, go back to school. Both are still single but seem to live every day to the fullest. I miss them as they both live out of state Pittsburgh and Atlanta. I raised them to have wings and go out to explore all that they can God gave us such a beautiful world to enjoy not destroy.
I have been divorced for almost 17 years now alot has happened since then and how I thought that was the end of the world for me. Ha Life is full of many changes some good some bad it is how we react to them that makes us who we are.
I work at a local Credit Union love my job and working with members etc. I am blessed to have a job and goo...Expand for more
d benefits. There was a short time when I had none! My 85 yr old dad lives with me now for the past 6 yrs. He does pretty well for his age and is no problem. It is just he and I no other relatives here in town now.
I have a little dog named Paddington he is so darn cute and fun.
I have my own home and it can be a task to take care of as I grow older. Big yard and driveway (not fun with the snow we have been having)
I don't see many from friends from high school. I guess we grow apart, move have families, jobs etc.
I enjoy reading, movies, walking, swimming and want to maybe try some things I never had time to do when I was so busy raising the children. I don't mind cooking and baking but it is fun to go out to dinner once in awhile!
I still talk too much and write too much etc maybe someday I will slow that down! =)
