d itself over and over again until I finally learned the lesson I needed - before I could go forward in my life. I have come to realize who my true friends are - both guy friends and all my fabulous girlfriends. All, who have been there for me through thick & thin with their loving support, kindness and friendship. I have learned you make your own happiness or misery. No one can make you feel sad, guilty, unhappy etc. unless you choose to give up your personal power and give them permission to do so. I am thankful for all my life experiences because they have made me who I am. I believe life is a series of lessons and I am so happy to now be moving forward in my life - and in the process becoming more of the person I truly want to be, one day at a time. God is good. Life truly is a journey and I am looking forward to each new day! I have conquered my two new years resolutions for 2010. I workout about 3 x's a wk now and I conquered my fear of getting lost by driving to Ohio by myself for the Alumni Reunion July 31, 2010. Now I can consider myself a road warrior as I am no longer afraid to drive anywhere. 2011 resolutions will be to continue working out and start traveling.
