Peggy's Story
Life
I am happily single after 2 divorces (the 2nd time I pretend didn't happen), I have two grown children (Paul and Gina) and 2 grandchildren (thanks to Gina) and am happy to say they both live within an hour of me. Paul finally got married, a year ago, at 35! My best friends are my two sisters and my children. I FINALLY quit smoking this year (2007), gained 19 lbs and now belong to Curves! I retired from the Office of Naval Intelligence on 01/01/07 with almost 28 years of government service and am happily lazy. I've recently gotten back in touch with several of my HS friends (even had a get together here at the house in July), but am still looking for Sharon Rose! Dimmick Keenan. Mary Ellen Fruend Jennings refuses to correspond and I don't know why!! I would like to know the whereabouts of Chip Bupp from SMC of Md. I live in Calvert County/Southern MD, on 5 acresof woods and spend too much time on the computer! I love working in the yard, but need to seriously get moving on the inside of my house now that I have the time. I don't go out much, preferring to spend time with my grandchildren. I guess I've become a hermit of sorts! I'll be 59 this December and wonder where the years have gone......

I happily found Sharon Dimmick living in Georgia and we all finally heard from Mary Ellen!!
With the passing of my first husband last April, I succumed to cigarettes again and am still fighting it.
I have a new love in my life. Well actually an old one as I knew him when I was 13 and we went steady!! Time will tell.
******** With the help of Chantix, George and my sisters and kids, I have quit smoking and this time I'm making it .... going on 3 years!! Yeah!!! Problem is I only have 30% of my lung capacity and any activity is hard to undertake. I waited too long to quit. But I'm doing fine, no oxygen support and life is good. Paul and Gwen are due again in April : ) My oldest grandchild is Brandon and he's 12. Ashley will be 7 in January and Kelby turned 3 this past September. George and I are still together and I have a sparkler on my finger : ) I'll be 63 in December and Sharon Dimmick is 63 years old today! Whoo whoo!! Wishing everyone happy holidays this season. : ) P.S. Danna said she and Susan Williams and Cathy Vita attended SCA reunion last month. Most of us plan to go to our 50th : )
