Peggy's Story
Well let's see. I got all my traveling done right out of high school. Went across the US clear to Florida to see if there was any better place to live other than Oregon. The answer is no. So I came back and lived in Eugene, Sandy, and Boring. Finally settled back where I started in Lebanon.
I am married to Richard Bishop. We have been married for 11 years, together for 16. WOW !!! No children.
Worked at HP for 16 years, retired at 40 ...Expand for more
and just kind-a took odd jobs so I could enjoy my country living.
Now 2013, I take care of my mom with dementia and have for 4 years going on 5 now.
Totally involved in volunteering at the Strawberry Fair for the last 9 years and loving it. I do the Entertainment.
Also 2nd Vice President of the VCA (Veterans Commemoration Association) which we put on the largest Veterans Day Parade west of the Mississippi. In Albany, Oregon. Find me on fb.
