Peggy's Story
I have 1 (one) son his name is David Micheal. He will be 34 this July. He is still a bachlor and has no children. After school I lived in KCK and worked for several Doctor's Of until 1981, at which time I moved West and a little North to the small farming town of Bennington, Kansas. My husband owned a construction company and I worked in management at a nursing home. In January of 1997 my husband had an accident on a building site and was killed. I remained a widow until May of 2006. At which time I remarried and now live on the Ottawa State Lake-Bennington Lake Road in Minneapolis, Kansas.

sband is retired from the Airforce. We had not been married quite a year when our home was destroyed by a F2 tornado. With our home in shambles, no furniture and only the clothes on our backs we considered ourselves lucky. THANK GOD we still owned my house in Bennington, we lived there while rebuilding the Lake House. I left my job shortly after the toronado . I learned how to swing a hammer and use a paint brush real well.
KC will always be home. Growing up there and going to school there created some wonderful memories. I come back for visits as I still have wonderful loving friends and family there.
