After graduating from Cal State Long Beach in '73, I became a travel agent and was able to explore the world for 17 years (fantastic!). I married Dan Carson in 1983, and, through his work, had the great opportunity to live in Plano, TX, and Denver, CO. Our beautiful daughter, Katie, was born in 1986.
