Life has been an adventure after high school! Many, many surprising twists & turns, ups & downs, but always a treasured journey. :-) I graduated from CSU Chico in '85, and since have had many different careers (keeps life interesting, eh?) from L.A.-based flight attendant in my twenties, to sales in telecommunications, national sales manager in publishing, massage therapist, my own biz designing organic cotton products and in-between it all remodled 4 houses; I just completed buying/remodeling my 5th in Santa Rosa in 10/08 (now rented out): a passion of mine. My daughter just entered full-time school this year after being home-schooled part-time thru 4th grade. I loved the extra time with her & it is an adjustment her being gone 5 days a week! I am hoping to start a personal chefing business this spring '09; cooking is another passion for me besides remodeling. Squeezed in-between the adventures of "Many Careers", came my beautiful daughter (at 36) & late marriage (40!) to a "nice Jewish boy" (LOL, per my husband!) from the 'garment district' in Los Angeles, blended family, and all the wisdom & growth that goes with all of it, plus much travel, a continued interest in personal & spiritual growth, contributing to community in which ever way I can & just growing older (no, make that younger!), wiser & being grateful for all the blessings in life. Life is busy & full in so many capacities.:-) We live in beautiful West Sonoma County in Occidental, CA which we absolutely love; we have 6 acres of 42 organic apple & pear orchards, organic garden, small vineyard, 4 goats, 3 cats, 1 dog plus just an abundance of amazing wildlife.
