Penny's Story
My hero's are those who can pick themselves up by the bootstraps and continue moving forward. These people never loose sight of where they are going, and always remember where they have been.
I never ventrued to far away, I moved to Roanoke when I got married in 1988, I moved to Bedford when we divorced. I moved 15 minutes from where I grew up to ultimately settle down with my husband and our 3 children.

rmented with the chore of going there as well, but they seem to like it better than I did.
I always thought I would get married have kids and live happily ever after. Life didnt work that way the first time. I never thought I wanted to go to college. No one thought I would follow through, but now i can have the last laugh on that one I am working on my MBA and intend to go to law school later.
Kids are wonderful, they step on your toes when they are young and your heart as they get older.
