Brett's Story
Life
After college(what a blow-out) I moved to Va. where I met my wife-to-be (Theresa)and we (actually she)had a son. I changed careers and we moved to Raleigh. We worked our way to Southport, where we are bringing up two kids, Jordan, 8 and Sidney, 2. We love the beach and I still love basketball!
College
Ah, ECU...a bit fuzzy. GO PIRATES!! An monumentally greater time than high school! Learning how to cook and get by on $20 for six months! Workplace
After ECU, I waited/bused tables on BHI for a few months and landed a management job in Northern VA. After finding my lovely wife(Theresa), buying our first home and having our first child (Jordan), I changed careers. Joined AMEX Financial Advisor in '97. Moved to Raleigh to train, worked over to Wilmington and eventually got an office in Southport. Doing very well...love the work and acutally get to use my major; Communications!! You know, the one you can't get a job with upon leaving college.
