Peter's Story
I married Helena Jareb, a PhD clinical psychologist now in private practice in Silver Spring, MD (where we live) in 1998, at the ripe old age of 42. We have two boys, Aaron (now age 9) and Jacob (age 7). You can see the four of us in the photo I've provided here for my profile (it's the best I could come up with at the moment!), which was taken on a sweltering hot day this...Expand for more
past summer when we attended my 30th college reunion. (Aaron is at the rear in this shot, Jacob in the front.)
We've been living in the Washington, DC area for about 7 and a half years now (since early 2001). For the past six years plus I've been working for the U.S. Department of State on public diplomacy stuff (i.e., trying to explain America to foreign audiences).
