eter later attended Rutgers College (Psychology BA), Rutgers Grad Sch of Ed (Special Education, M.ED. and Educational Psychology, LCD program, Ed.D.). Peter worked at Hopatcong Borough Schools, first as a special education teacher, then supervisor and ended as the District CST Director.
