Peter's Story

Life Ok, here goes trying to write a Bio. I was born in Cedar Grove in November 22, 1953 in Mountainside Hospital. After that I attended Kindergarten at North End School, then St. Catherine of Siena School. Of course I attended Memorial High School in Cedar Grove, and graduated in 1971. After that I went to Rutgers University and graduated with a BS in Chemistry in 1976. Then I headed out to San Diego and received my MS in Chemistry. I returned to NJ in 1978 and worked at Drew Chemistry in Boonton as a water chemist. Then I worked for Witco Chemical Corp. for a few years in Oakland, NJ. nalytical testing equipment. I did a lot of traveling with Varian and taught many courses on testing techniques. In 1982 I met my Future wife, Elisa Nervetti, from a computer date. We were married in October 1983. We had a house built for us in Mt. Arlington, NJ and moved into it on our wedding night. In 1986 I left Varian and started my own business, an environmental testing lab, in West Milford, NJ. In 1987 I earned $100. from this business. In 1989 we had our first son Josiah, and in 1992 we had our second child, Johnny. In 1998 we moved to Sparta, NJ to a large house on a 20 acre plot of land. In 1999 I sold my business and temporarily retired to help spend more time with our two boys, now age 11 and 8.
