Peter's Story
After HS, I went to Eastern NMU for two years, then transferred to Jordan Conservatory of Performing Arts, part of Butler University, Indianapolis,Indiana.
Interesting times there. It was the most difficult time of my life( one of them) and the most exciting. The program was hard and I had lots of jobs to pay for it all.
I got my Actors Equity card in 1969. Graduated in 1970.became the head of the dance dept. at Millikin University. It could have been a good opportunity but I was too young to run a dept.
I moved to NYC with a young woman I met in summer stock,Brenda Tillman, and set-up housekeeping. Two months later I got a job with the National tour of "Promises, Promises" for six months, then the National Tour of "The Rothschilds"
Brenda and I got married during the tour and returned to NY. I did some more shows and a few TV commercials.
On 1974 I spent 3 months in the hospital getting rid of a melanoma. That was was a bad time.
A year later we opened a dance conservatory in Tarrytown,NY,Westchester County, a half an hour up river from NYC.

d over 300 students and a professional dance co.Our company performed in Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center NYC.The next year I became a permanent guest instructor at the Royal Academy of Dancing in London.

From then on my kids became my focus. Several years later the kids and I moved to a small house on the Hudson River.
A few years after that I met the love of my life. Clare Marie Pierson and her three kids.When we got married we became a version of the Brady Bunch.
It's been ten years and things are fantastic. Our youngest Clark, is now 19 and at The University of Arizona.The nest is Jeremiah, 22 and graduating from Pomona in Calf. Next is Alta grad University of Chicago and working at the Field Museum. Next is Ahna ,a psychologist in a group home for profoundly handicapped physically
and emotionally adults.Next is Jordan and his wife . Jordan is a free lance production coordinator and producer his wife Melissa is a teacher.
I am now recuperating from Spinal surgery. That's another entire story...
