Phil's Story

After 65 years of living on Long Island I have moved. I now live on the southern tier in New York in the beautiful town of Owego. ly. It is quiet here in the community I live in with very little or no noise, Cars and other vehicles travel at about 10-15 mph here inside the Valley Community and for what must be around 99% of the time there are no vehicles travelling on my street here. Beautiful, scenic, clean air, nice neighbors, town folks and all for affordable prices too. I am sure happy to be here away from the madness that is Long Island nowadays. Long Island used to be nice but now you can't even trust the water(s) there. It feels great to be living in a home out in the country!
