at is even worse, is that I had my BS degree in Education and taught for the PASD at the Centre Street Elementary School. I then asked to be reassigned to thee middle/high school complex to help with the wrestling program. I no longer has a safe buffer-zone between myself and Portland and my ability to teach suffered greatly. I did not know what was happening, but I lost all ability to concentrate and focus. I DID NOT RECEIVE TENURE and was terminated. At no time did anyone with the PASD ever suggest that a psychologist interview me as my previous evaluations were - very good at Centre Street. Apparently, something had changed... For a few years, I tried other work but what not successful. My severe ANXIETY/DEPRESSION would not allow me to work and I was declared DISABLED by Social Security and never did have meaningful work again. Due to the few years I worked, my disability check is below the poverty level and my quality of life has suffered greatly. I eventually moved to Peru, South America as costs are much lower here. I miss my family and friends, but have some dignity in my life - SOME/NOT A LOT. Thank you for reading and please keep me in your prayers. My life could have been much better if the PASD took responsibility for the actions of Portland, but they chose not to - due to the statute of limitations. I have asked many people years to help me - but they do not want to get involved. WHAT IS A LIFE WORTH??? If you have empathy for my situation and FEEL MY PAIN, you can do 1 - ask the PASB why they are refusing to help me and 2 - petition state and local representatives to change the statute of limitation in these sexual abuse matters where REPRESSED MEMORY is involved.
