Philip's Story
Life
After graduation and nearly landing in jail for alot of things I should've know better, I went as scheduled into the U.S. Air Force where I continued to struggle. After Desert Storm I was furhter frustrated with the lies I was told. I musterd out of the Air force then. I got married to another alcoholic like myself. Divorced. Got married again to a control freak. Seperated. Lived with a crazy woman for a time. Went back to the control freak, like an idiot.
It was at that point I had been studying in the libraries to keep my mind off drinking cause I was at that point trying to sober up. That took about 2 yrs and a divorce from the control freak. I myself am called Sheikh by muslims from all over. I shy from this because it is such a high honor. A degree of respect I feel I do not deserve. I try not to divide my dean into this sunni, sufi or shia you hear about. I do follow the Sunna to the best of my knowledge and abilities. This type of behavior of dividing into sects in islam is actually considered forbidden in islam. It is western influences that have encouraged these divisions. A vain attempt to suppress and or destroy Islam which will never happen.
I work for the worlds largest meat producer in the world. And it is all slaughtered in accordance with Islamic Sharia Law. I work specifically in that area. It's a great honor for me to be able to help provide for all a properly processed product to feed the world. I actually asked Allah(swa) for this. Clearly he granted this for me. I'm ever greatful unto him for that as well as all that Allah(swa) has done for me and the world.
