Phillip's Story
Life
After high school graduation, I attended Cal State Long Beach and majored in fine arts. I went to work doing production art for a small ad agency. From there, I found my present job, where I've been for the last 26 years. I'm currently an art director designing packaging for pharmaceuticals, biomedical research, consumer electronics and cosmetics. Workplace
After college and had a few jobs. I then found my present job as a designer and have been with the organization for about 26 years. During that time, I advanced to senior designer, then design director. I love what I do, which basically involves working with customers' ideas and turning them into tangible results. In addition, I manage people from within the organization and set design priorities.
