Phillip's Story
After graduating from JHS in 1970, I attended Jacksonville State University to pursue a Music Degree, but got side-tracked in the funeral business and finished my Associate Degree in Mortuary Science from Jefferson State in Birmingham. After getting married, I still had a desire to finish my BS, so we moved to Tulsa, OK, where I obtained my Bachelors Degree from Oral Roberts University in 1982.

ral/cemetery companies in Pre-Need Sale Management throughout the years until I purchased my own funeral home and 44 acre cemetery in 2004. Although it has been a lot of hard work, it has also been a very worthwhile adventure for the last several years. The business continues to grow in Hoover, Alabama, just a little over a mile from the Riverchase Galleria.
We have 3 children and have just recently had our 2nd grandchild.
