Life
OK, it's a simple story. I got a job in the 8th grade and I've been working since then, seemingly non-stop. I didn't finish school as I'd planned, due to lots of partying, but I've managed to work my way into the technical side of the "computer business" and it blossomed into a carreer. I move to Austin around '89 and got married shortly afterward.
That part's been a struggle as along the way I've come to realize that love ...Expand for more
is not a feeling, but a behavior. Lust and infatuation are feelings, however, that usually do not last when things get "rocky". Anyway, we're still married and just past our 14th anniversary.
I've had some fun along the way, but it seems like the last 10 years have flown by as my job is very demanding as I'm working all "nighters", weekends and holidays while most people are vacationing &/or sleeping.
