Phong's Story
After high school i took off for two years to see America. I traveled all over the country with my back pack. Mostly in the North East areas and the south west. It was a a greatest time of my life, dirt broke but i loved it! I worked for pennies, just to make enough for bus/train fair to see the next town. Being an immigrant to USA, Freso High was the first American community that i was lucky enough to have friends that accepted me for who i am. you guys were great! n Diego for 2 years then moved to Portland Oregon for a year then moved to Chicago in 1991 to work for a law firm of which i am now still employed. Recently i traveled back to Vietnam to visit my country. It was fun but the interesting thing happened to me was, when i was there, i felt homesick ??????? I missed chicago! It's so weird to me! I guess this is my home now, the great USA! This website remind me of the movie called "Stand by me!" some how! It's so hard to see friends that we were yound and stupid. Now i am not young anymore but still stupid from time to time :)
