Phyllis's Story
My name is Phyllis Conn and if you are from the class of 1968, please read that to the cadence and voice of Bill Dana "my name is Jose Jiminez". That cadence and voice always brings a smile to my face. If you were a classmate at Boone and you remember me, you will remember me as Phyllis Hudson.
After high school, I attended Lee College, now Lee University, in Cleveland, TN. While at Lee, I met my husband, Mark Conn. Mark and I married in 1974. We have lived in the Tn/Ga area (close to Chattanooga) since that time.
I retired after 31 years in public education. I worked both as a teacher and an adminstrator during my 31 year career. After retiring, I just kept educating :). I continued by teaching two years in the School of Education at Da...Expand for more
lton State College and then in May of 2008 began working for the Georgia Department of Education.
My family has remained in Florida and I visit Orlando 3 or 4 times each year. My mom and my sister (who is my best friend) live in Orlando. My younger brother lives in Hollywood, FL.
