The wildest thing I ever did in school? Wow! Sounds so tame now compared with what I hear from my grandkids! This classmate and I were going to "skip" school, so we left the campus, walked downtown, caught a city bus and rode all the way to Biloxi lying down in the seats so we wouldn't be seen!! us station ALL day; ate from the junk machine, then caught the bus back to school in time for the bus back home! Wow! What an adventure! HA HA HA. We were terrible! Never did that again! I tell my grands that, and they find it just unbelievable that we were such innocents, or at least I was (and my classmate, whom I will not reveal - she might recognize herself here, but I won't squeal!) :)
