Portia's Story
Worked at Manufacturers Hanover Bank from 1977 - 1979.
Met Richie at the bank and started dating him in 1978.
Got married to Richard Blake in 1984.
Worked at Chase Manhattan Bank from 1983 - 1991.
Gave birth to Jordan in 1986.
Dad died in 1987.
Gave birth to Jared in 1991.
Bought house in 1993.
Husband lost job in 1994.
Separated in 1998 (not divorced because I still love him and divorces are expensive.)

Met Gregory in 1999.
Lost house in 2003.
Now living on Gun Hill Road in the Bronx, happy, healthy.
Mom had heart surgery and two strokes in 2007.
December 2008 - Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, pancreatitis, and had gall bladder removed.
2010 - Jordan working for UPS, training for EMT.
2010 - Jared is a Freshman at St. Johns University.
Through out all of this, I did find time to go to college.
