Life
OMG, we're all turning 50!
I'm currently stationed in the Pacific NW at Ft. Lewis, WA. My cross country drive from Alexandria, VA to Tacoma, WA in July of 07 was nice.
I've been in the Army over 21 years now. I was promoted to full Colonel in October of 07. I'll probably stay active duy for at least another 5 years and I may even stick it out to 30. I am currently the Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology at Madigan Army Medical Center.
In my spare time I'm usually traveling somewhere around the world. Most recently I've visited Argentina and last Spring Vietnam & Cambo...Expand for more

After Ft. Lewis, I hope I can return to the east coast, specifically Washington, DC. My job involves a lot of teaching, some clinical, some forensics and a lot of time looking into my microcope. As an oral pathologist, I'll probably end up teaching after I retire the military, but whether I return to clinical dentistry or not, I do plan on retiring in northern Virginia!
I started Spanish language classes a year ago, it's going slow but steady and it sure makes a big difference when I travel to Spain or Latin America.
