Quenail's Story
After high school, I was blessed to receive a college scholarship in athletics. Upon completion I work in various fields but mainly working with troubled children and youths from broken homes, in juvenile centers and in foster care. I feel that my calling in life is to try and assist a child with having a loving, caring and productive life. I'm now employeed with The Department of Family & Protective Services (CPS). n each day. It only takes one person to make a difference in a childs life. Who would have known that the smallest thing such as a kind word or just having an open ear to listen and hear what the children/youths have to say can spark a change in them. They feel valid and appreciated, isn't that all we ever wanted growning up? Well this is what I'm trying to do in this day and age and I will continue as long as humanly posssible.
