Quinton's Story
I graduated from THS in 1969. I have one sibling Maxine Knox Johnson who graduated that year from THS. I went on to Mobile State for two yrs. then to Ala. A&M University where I received a BA in Sociology and a MS in Urban Studies/Planning. I got married in 1977 and we divorced in 1998. I have one daughter Morgan Knox who resides in Huntsville, Alabama. I also have one 13 yr. old grandson (Kobi). I began my professional career in Huntsville where I worked as a therapist/clinician at the Mental Health Center working initially with individuals with substance abuse issues. I then started to work with at risk children in the CLASS Program from 1979-1999 as a therapist at the Huntsville MHC.
In 1999 I moved to the Washington DC Area (Reston, VA) and married my highschool sweetheart Marion in St. Thomas, VI. I have one step son Andre (5th yr. engineering student at South AL.) and a step daughter, Marissa a graduate of William& Mary 2010 Psychology. My wife is the President of her own company (government contractor) KCI, Inc. & I have been the VP, & Human Resources Director for the company for the past 4 yrs. I have attended a few of our Class Reunions & I am always saddened by news of us losing classmates.
I enjoy life & enjoy the kids, wife, & g.kids. We generally stay busy, but I get back to Mobile about 2 times a year and we plan to retire to Pensacola, FL in about 1 year so we can be close to family & friends. Yes I am A Redskins Fan!!! Go Skins!!!

I always wanted to be a doctor when I grew up. My family and friends thought that was a good idea. As it turns out, they were wrong.
If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have order, consistency, and peace to be able to deal with the day-to-day.
I do have a hero and his name is Jesus. I draw my inspiration, well-being, and strength from him. He has never let me down.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is all of you guys, because you are the best.
