Rachel's Story
After high school I went to the university of Maine in Orono and studied engineering, which I hated. Transferred back to UMF for a year to figure out what I wanted to do and then back to Orono to complete my nursing career. After graduation I moved to Alabama for a few years. Learned to talk with a southern accent and made many wonderful friends. I travelled around a bit, got married and divorced and moved back...Expand for more
to Maine. I am currently working as a nursing supervisor in a local hospital on the night shift (YUCK!) but will be starting a new job in the fall teaching nursing students.
My daughters, our two cats, and I live in Jay. Did I mention that they are 3! (TWINS) They are the most important people in my life right now. I never thought I would move back to town, but here I am and I must say....I am glad to be home.
